This comprehensive course prepares students for the BCRPA ICE CERTIFICATION PROCESS. You will learn; the History and Legacy of Joseph Pilates, the differences between classical and contemporary modalities, review joints muscles and bones involved in the movements, effective teaching techniques to help guide your students towards better posture , form , strength , increased health and wellbeing through this unique highly sought after exercise modality.
The online ICE Evaluation cost is $120.00 plus tax. If you prefer an in -person evaluation, please contact us for special arrangements and the cost would be factored in given increase time.
