8 hours teaching with a TFL or SFL required prior ICE (included in Price)
4 hours of Mat Pilates class Observations ( you observe other teachers while you participate in their classes- record on ICE sheets)

Full payment due 10 days prior start date- enrollment ongoing

If you're recovering from an injuryor surgery, or are pre/ post natal Pilates can be a great way to regain strength and mobility. I have specialized training and experience with clients who are recovering from a variety of injuries and surgeries. I will help you by developing a safe and effective workout plan that meets your specific needs.

After decades of weight training and leading thousands of group fitness classes, I turned to Pilates after struggling with chronic pain from several serious injuries to my neck and back. This included 3 crushed vertebrae - compression fractures: T 6- T 9. Finally, a means to exercise that didn't create more pain and inflammation. This inspired me to pursue BCRPA and STOTT Pilates certifications because I wanted to share this excellent low impact movement- healing modality with others. Recently I started strongcore to help individuals live pain-free happy lives.
