Students complete exercise worksheets, quizzes and exam prep questions. I will be available for any questions. Regular check ins Monday afternoon, evenings. Saturdays and Sundays. I usually respond to emails promptly.

8 hours teaching with a TFL or SFL required prior ICE (included in Price)
4 hours of Mat Pilates class Observations
-Minimum 6 hours self -practice
